This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) sets forth the procedure for the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data of Users (hereinafter – “User”, “You”) of the website https://www.aivault.health (hereinafter – “Site”), owned by Aivault LLC (hereinafter – “Company”, “we”, “us”), which may be collected when visiting and using the Site.

Such data may include your computer’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistical information.

We do not collect or process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, nor data concerning health, sexual life, or biometric or genetic information.

No personal data is transferred outside of Ukraine.

Users’ personal data are processed in order to provide access to the Site’s functionality, to deliver services according to your needs, and to handle inquiries and provide feedback.

The Company undertakes not to use, process, or transfer the collected information in any manner or for any purpose that goes beyond the requirements of applicable Ukrainian law.
